Another observation was that VERY FEW, if any companies had embraced the NEW PARADIGM in the industry made possible recently by the internet. The internet also allows us to TRANSEND LOCATION AND DISTANCE. As a result, we have the capability to “LIVE ANYWHERE – INVEST EVERYWHERE”. Our company has embraced this new paradigm, and makes “INVESTING EVERYWHERE” possible, regardless of WHERE you live.
Four things came into play when employing this new 21st century approach to Real Estate Investing… RAPID APPRECIATION, TIMING, TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, AND EMERGING MARKETS.
We believe the “HOLY GRAIL” of Real Estate Investing is “MARKET CYCLE APPRECIATION”… riding the “appreciation wave” for 2-5 years, not the slow, ponderous “BUY AND HOLD” METHOD where appreciation occurs over 20-30 years.

We believe FINANCIAL SECURITY CAN BE ACHIEVED IN APPROXIMATELY 9-13 YEARS, instead of the conventional “Buy and Hold” method that takes typically 20-30 years.
